The car should be returned in a similar state as at pick-up. Considering the limits of normal use, you are not required to clean the vehicle. However, a quick clean is recommended as it is good courtesy.
If the vehicle is very dirty on the outside (mud, dirt, etc.) or the inside (mud stains, sand, crumbs, strong smells, etc.), you'll need to clean it. If the vehicle is unreasonably dirty when you return it, you will have to pay an extra charge for cleaning.
The car owner should contact RideLink within 24 hours of the end of the trip to report any problems considering the state of the car and we will evaluate the situation and guide both parties through the next steps.
