How do I know if a car is available?

Start by searching for a car on RideLink. Enter your address (or postcode) and travel dates into the search bar. The search results should only list cars that are available during the dates of your trip.

While we strongly encourage all car owners to keep their calendars up to date, we encourage you to send them a message to double check that their vehicle is still available.

Once you confirmed with the car owner that their car is available, we recommend that you ask any additional questions you may have about the vehicle. After your driving licence has been verified, submit a booking request.

To have a rental confirmed almost instantly, book Instant Booking cars that are listed at the top of the search results page. All bookings for Instant Booking cars, which are marked with a yellow lightning bolt, have been pre-approved by the car owner.
