What if I think the car I've hired is unroadworthy?

Please check our requirements on the conditions a car needs to fulfill to be considered roadworthy and therefore, be eligible to be listed on RideLink.

We impose very strict rules and ensure that every vehicle listed has a valid MOT, valid insurance and road taxes.

If after checking these requirements, you strongly believe that the vehicle is unroadworthy, please immediately cancel the booking and contact RideLink support immediately on support@ridelink.com
