The payment for a rental has to be done through RideLink's platform and with a credit/debit card, preferably of credit and in the name of the renter.
If the card is not in the name of the renter, RideLink will request the following documents to verify that the renter has the authorisation of the cardholder to use it:
- Copy a identity document of the cardholder (passport, ID card or driving licence)
- Authorisation form completed by both renter and cardholder to demonstrate the agreement. RideLink will send it via email.
- A picture from the front of the credit/debit card
Please note, we do not accept prepaid cards nor cash as valid payment methods.
